I'm John Jahns
After a decade at Microsoft, where I helped enterprise organizations with 5,000-50,000 employees innovate and transform, I saw firsthand the challenges of innovation and transformation through holistic digital transformation. Organizations were getting bogged down with leadership alignment, cultural change, platform alignment, resistance to change, programmatic training, change management and a myriad of other challenges. Effecting impactful change with 50,000 employees, within scope is difficult, that’s why Microsoft included Innovation and Transformation resources like myself to help clients.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve helped organizations with innovation & digital transformation, AI implementation, change management, and leadership strategy alignment.
